1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the website www.bnesf.org (the “Website”), maintained by Association “Bulgarian National Electronic Sports Federation”, UIC 206871304, with registered seat and address of management at Sofia, Lozenets district, James Bourchier Blvd./Street No. 25, Entrance B, Ground Floor, hereinafter referred to as “BNESF” or the “Federation.”
1.2. By accessing and/or using the Website, each visitor or user (the “User”) confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.
1.3. If the User does not agree with these Terms of Use, they must discontinue using the Website.
1.4. The Website is of an informational, communication and representative nature and aims to provide information about the Federation, its activities, initiatives, leagues, national teams, news, documents, projects and related activities.

3.1. Through the Website, BNESF may provide:
a) information about the Federation, its structure, history and activities;
b) information regarding events, leagues, national teams, news and publications;
c) access to documents, rules, regulations, forms and other materials;
d) links to external platforms, registration systems, social media and partner resources;
e) opportunities for contact, inquiries or submission of information through available forms, where such functionality exists.
3.2. BNESF reserves the right at any time to modify the content, structure, functionalities or availability of the Website without prior notice.
4. Access to the Website
4.1. Access to the publicly available sections of the Website is free, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2. Certain sections, services, forms or platforms may require additional registration, creation of an account, acceptance of specific rules or provision of additional information.

a) the content is not altered;

c) the source www.bnesf.org is indicated where applicable.

9.1. BNESF processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and all applicable national and EU rules.
